Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Overview

thelotter.top publishes lottery results, statistics and news. You do not need to register an account or provide personal information to browse the site. This policy explains what limited information we do collect, and why.

2. Information we collect

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard technical data for every request — IP address, browser/device type (user agent), pages visited, referring page, and timestamp. This is used for security (detecting abuse), troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not linked to your identity.

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list from this form.

Cookies and analytics. We may use essential cookies for the site to function, and privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (for example, which pages are popular). Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used, your browser's cookie controls let you block or delete them at any time; blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading results or using the number generator.

3. How we use information

  • to operate, maintain, and secure the site;
  • to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form;
  • to understand aggregate usage so we can improve content and performance;
  • to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or automated scraping.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party links

This site links to official lottery operators and licensed third-party ticket agents (see our Terms of Use for details on affiliate links). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and any information you provide to them — for example when creating an account or buying a ticket — is governed by their policy, not this one. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing personal information.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes and rotated automatically.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (for example, a contact form submission). To make such a request, use our contact page.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

9. Contact

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through our contact page.
